Applicant is seeking a Special Exception as provided under the provisions of Section 140-12.B.(1) of the Zoning Ordinance. Applicant is also seeking a Variance pursuant to Section 140-12.I.(1) for locations and spacing of street lights, Variance pursuant to Section 140-12.I.(4) for locations of street trees, Variance pursuant to Section 140-12.I.(8) for locations of sidewalks and a Variance pursuant to Section 140-46.E for a reduction of parking spaces.
