NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Straban Township Traffic Impact Fee Advisory Committee will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 5, 2013, 6:45 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 1745 Granite Station Road, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, to receive comments and recommendations on the Roadway Sufficiency Analysis and Capital Improvements Plan associated with the adoption of the revised Township’s Act 209 Transportation Impact Fee Ordinance. The Straban Township Board of Supervisors may adopt the proposed amendments to the Traffic Impact Fee Ordinance on Monday, August 5, 2013, 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 1745 Granite Station Road, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, to wit: AN ORDINANCE OF STRABAN TOWNSHIP, ADAMS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA AMENDING SECTION 81-10 (Imposition of impact fee) OF ARTICLE I (Traffic Improvement Districts) OF CHAPTER 81 (IMPACT FEES) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO AMEND THE FEES CHARGED IN THE VARIOUS TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS IN ACCORD WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
