The Straban Township, Adams County, PA, Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on October 30, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Straban Township Municipal Building, 1745 Granite Station Road, Gettysburg, PA, to consider the following:
Sheetz, Inc.: Zoning application regarding property located at the intersection of S.R. 30 and Camp Letterman Drive in Straban Township. The property is located in the EC-1 zoning district established by the Straban Township zoning ordinance.

The application filed by Applicant appeals from determination of the Straban Township Zoning Officer in respect to certain zoning ordinance provisions. The application for variance in respect to signs is as follows: To allow three (3) additional wall signs on the Sheetz new building to the extent the Sheetz signs over the entrances to the new Building are not considered awning sign and also to allow a wall sign on the Sheetz new building over the drive-thru payment/pickup window, to the extent it is not considered either a sign controlling use of private property or an awning sign. All those wishing to be heard on the application must appear at hearing at the aforesaid time and place.
