  • 2. Granite Lake – Preliminary Subdivision Plan – (Natural Springs Road) – Must act by 11/08/2021  
  • 3. Royal Farms Store – Final Land Development Plan – (corner of Route 30/Smith Road) – Must act by 11/19/2021

Appearance

  • Lightsource bp – New Owner of the Granite Hill project from Pattern Energy. They would like to submit a proposal to utilize certain parcels not currently zoned R-1 or R-R for the solar project.

  • Proposing Zoning Ordinance amending various provisions of Chapter 140, entitled “Zoning”, to provide for, among other things, definitional amendments, additional regulatory criteria for solar electric facilities, heliports and helistops/helipads, and multi-family dwelling scheduled for public hearing on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 6:45 p.m.
